FACILITY RENTAL RATES

Chateau Rive is an excellent venue for weddings, corporate parties, retreats, meetings, retirement parties, memorial dinners, dances, trade shows, lectures, fundraising dinners, and more.

You may hold a date for up to ten days while you’re in the process of making a final decision, however, if another party requests the date, you will be contacted and given 24 hours to decide. The facility is secured for your date upon payment of the $1,000 deposit. Since we will be holding the date for you, and keeping others from using the facility on that date, the down payment is non-refundable.
